      "content": "\n<li>Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams of analog and digital design, validation, and system definition</li>\n<li>Schedule, coordinate and track resources and milestones to ensure timely execution of projects</li>\n<li>Interface with customers and external vendors for specific programs and projects</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with all stakeholders</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally and with leadership to create and develop best practices in a dynamic environment</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain&nbsp;productive relationships internally and externally</li>\n<li>Influence others across the company to remain focused on desired outcomes</li>\n<li>BS/MS in Electrical Engineering</li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in semiconductor related technical program management</li>\n<li>Strong technical skills, involving problem solving and root cause analysis in a pressured environment</li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills of leadership, project management, communication, influencing and negotiation</li>\n<li>Ability to simultaneously work with multiple partners and engineering teams</li>\n<li>Experience guiding the full design cycle for complex mixed-signal designs</li>\n<li>Experience with the full-ownership of design and project tracking metrics</li>\n<li>Technical experience in analog or digital design</li>\n"
