CRMG is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 146-unit community of Emmons Place Apartments. Emmons Place is a newer, low-income housing tax credit apartment community located in NW Portland's Alphabet District, with amenities including a community lounge & courtyard, bike storage and resident services. The Affordable Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, overseeing a team of 5, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, income certifications, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. We are looking for a special individual with the skills and experience to support a high-needs population, including those facing homelessness and mental health challenges, as well as the ability to manage and resolve complex housing issues. Location: Emmons Place Apartments (NW Portland) Hourly Rate: $29-$37/hr. (DOE) Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
