full month of employment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead designated IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions</li>\n <li>Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.</li>\n <li>Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned domains</li>\n <li>Drive and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FERPA)</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)</li>\n <li>Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level reporting</li>\n <li>Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations</li>\n <li>Drive opportunities for automation, standardization, and process enhancements</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within IT</li>\n <li>Develop strong relationships with leaders across the organization, building a clear understanding of where IT can provide strategic impact</li>\n <li>Establish/maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education / Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)</li>\n <li>Master’s degree (preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic planning and execution with a focus on business alignment and value delivery</li>\n <li>Strong financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization</li>\n <li>Expertise in vendor and contract management, including negotiation and performance oversight</li>\n <li>Strong governance, risk, and compliance management across regulatory frameworks</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all organizational levels</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of IT service delivery, project management methodologies (Agile, ITIL), and emerging technologies</li>\n <li>Lead diverse, high-performing teams across designated IT domains with a focus on strategic outcomes</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams</li>\n
