This role provides oversight of specialty pharmacy operations and the Specialty Access Team, ensuring seamless patient onboarding, efficient therapy access, and exceptional service delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This leader will drive operational consistency, optimize patient access pathways, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards while supporting business growth and enhanced patient outcomes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p>\n<p>• Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits plus, HSA & FSA Savings Accounts• Supplemental Coverage – Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance• 401(k) Retirement Plan• Company paid Life and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability• Employee Discounts• Tuition Reimbursement• Paid Time Off & Holidays </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides national oversight of Specialty Hub operations, including intake, benefits investigation, prior authorization, and patient onboarding</li>\n <li>Leads specialty pharmacy operations to ensure efficient dispensing, care coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols</li>\n <li>Develops and implements scalable processes to support growth and operational efficiency</li>\n <li>Establishes and monitors KPIs related to turnaround times, access success rates, patient satisfaction, and financial performance</li>\n <li>Directs the Specialty Access Team to ensure timely and accurate benefits verification, authorization, and financial assistance coordination</li>\n <li>Optimizes patient access workflows to minimize delays in therapy initiation</li>\n <li>Collaborates with payers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to improve access outcomes</li>\n <li>Partners with executive leadership to define and execute the specialty hub strategy</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities for service expansion, innovation, and improved patient experience</li>\n <li>Supports business development initiatives, including payer and manufacturer partnerships</li>\n <li>Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team across operations and access functions</li>\n <li>Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Ensures appropriate staffing models and organizational structure to support national operations</li>\n <li>Ensures adherence to all federal and state regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., URAC, ACHC), and company policies</li>\n <li>Maintains audit readiness and oversee quality assurance programs</li>\n <li>Promotes a culture of patient safety and regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Manages budget and financial performance for specialty hub operations</li>\n <li>Drives cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality patient care</li>\n <li>Utilizes data analytics to inform decision-making and performance improvements</li>\n <li>Supervisory Responsibility: Yes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, hub services, or related healthcare operations.</li>\n <li>Experience managing national or multi-site operations preferred.</li>\n <li>Pharmacist license preferred, not required.</li>\n <li>Active pharmacist license in good standing (if applicable); multi-state licensure preferred.</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, payer requirements, and access processes.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and team development capabilities.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement.</li>\n <li>Experience with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide performance.</li>\n <li>Percentage of Travel: 0-25%</li>\n <li>Driving Position: No</li>\n</ul>\n<p>**To perform this role will require frequently sitting, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, climbing (stairs/ladders), kneeling, crouching and stooping.
