Unleashing Your Potential </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform process checks throughout the production, packaging, sanitation and warehouse functions of the company including GMP, metal detection, label and coding verification, general hygiene and safety, as well as in process and finished product weights</li>\n <li>Document all QA activities accurately and timely</li>\n <li>Conduct verification of the proper functioning of testing equipment such as thermometers and scales</li>\n <li>Continuously assesses the results of inspection findings and react in a timely manner to communicate potential problems to Team leader and QA Team Leader</li>\n <li>Prepare reports/summaries and communicates results to QA Team Leader and others as necessary</li>\n <li>Implement Hold procedures for suspect product and or product evaluations and testing</li>\n <li>Collect and submits samples for laboratory analysis</li>\n <li>Assist with the development and delivery of Quality / Food Safety Training for manufacturing and support teams</li>\n <li>Assist with investigations, consumer/customer complaints </li>\n <li>Assist and provides support during third part audits </li>\n <li>Participate in plant trials and other related duties and responsibilities assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years’ experience in a QA position, preferably for a food manufacturer.</li>\n <li>Post-secondary education in a relevant field </li>\n <li>Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) programs, GMP programs and Quality Systems</li>\n <li>Experience with BRC an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong><strong><u></u></strong><u></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
