This role serves as a key integrator between data providers, data consumers, system owners, and government stakeholders to improve access, control, documentation, and integration of authoritative intelligence data sources. Acting as a senior lead, this position oversees data lifecycle and sourcing efforts, guides agile task execution, supports data framework development, and enables informed decision-making related to data onboarding, interoperability, and sustainment.</p><p data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1137\"><strong data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1137\">Responsibilities</strong></p><p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1185\"><strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1183\">Data Governance and Lifecycle Leadership</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1689\"><li data-section-id=\"qmpogh\" data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1300\">Lead team execution of data lifecycle management activities using agile methods and government-provided tools.</li><li data-section-id=\"1dd7jsa\" data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1443\">Oversee task logging, work prioritization, Standard Operating Procedure development, and status reporting for data integration activities.</li><li data-section-id=\"yzhfnn\" data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1567\">Support the development of Army intelligence data and architecture documentation, frameworks, and governance artifacts.</li><li data-section-id=\"fksgw4\" data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1689\">Represent government interests in data councils, working groups, partner engagements, and related forums as directed.</li></ul><p reports, and decision-support materials for recurring and ad hoc engagements.</li><li data-section-id=\"167ou5\" data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3136\">Identify information-sharing and intelligence Qualifications</strong></p><ul data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"4479\"><li data-section-id=\"1ycrnuw\" data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3519\">Minimum of four years of experience leading teams and managing intelligence-related work across planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.</li><li data-section-id=\"m04qrl\" data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3723\">Minimum of four years of demonstrated experience supporting data integration across data governance, architecture, warehousing, data quality, metadata management, data operations, and data discovery.</li><li data-section-id=\"ljx9no\" data-start=\"3724\" data-end=\"3844\">Demonstrated experience supporting bilateral or multilateral information-sharing or system interoperability efforts.</li><li data-section-id=\"gjrsm3\" data-start=\"3845\" data-end=\"3968\">Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with small groups to meet data and information requirements.</li><li data-section-id=\"12bkcho\" data-start=\"3969\" data-end=\"4067\">Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.</li><li data-section-id=\"1uv5ptx\" data-start=\"4068\" data-end=\"4192\">Demonstrated ability to draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures and produce clear, structured reports.</li><li data-section-id=\"16sjkhr\" data-start=\"4193\" data-end=\"4286\">Current Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.</li><li data-section-id=\"13mh93a\" data-start=\"4287\"
