In 2025, the firm reached a major milestone, surpassing 1,000 trials over the course of its history.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do -</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate&nbsp;to join our Product Liability Practice Group in our Phoenix, AZ office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience in litigation to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development&mdash;including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions. You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a self-starter with 4+ years of litigation experience, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters.
