This role requires a strong product management foundation, the ability to operate in fast-moving environments, and a focus on delivering practical value to users. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, delivery teams, and company leadership to define product priorities, shape the user experience, and help bring the product to broader market adoption.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for someone who can work through ambiguity, make confident product decisions, and is comfortable leading the product development process from discovery through delivery.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive the product roadmap based on user feedback, business goals, and technical input</li>\n<li>Define product requirements and specifications that are clear, actionable, and aligned with real customer needs</li>\n<li>Prioritize and manage the backlog to ensure the engineering team is focused on the most impactful work</li>\n<li>Lead discovery efforts with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to identify high-value problems</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering to plan sprints, review progress, and deliver high-quality product releases</li>\n<li>Ensure usability, performance, and product completeness meet the standards required for broader adoption</li>\n<li>Contribute to product enablement efforts including onboarding, documentation, and internal support materials</li>\n<li>Evaluate product performance and adoption to inform future improvements and iterations</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies that could expand product value — including embedded systems, AI, or data platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software or platform company</li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and lifecycle practices</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define product specs, and work closely with engineering</li>\n<li>Experience working in early-stage or evolving product environments</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working hands-on in a startup or scale-up environment</li>\n<li>Curiosity about real-world problems and openness to exploring both software and hardware-based solutions</li>\n<li>Technical fluency — enough to understand trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with data platforms, edge computing, embedded systems, or industrial applications</li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Postman, or analytics platforms</li>\n<li>Exposure to product-led growth, onboarding optimization, or workflow automation products</li>\n<li>A background in engineering, data, or systems thinking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Not Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates who have never worked directly with an engineering team to ship software</li>\n<li>Those unfamiliar with standard product management tools and frameworks</li>\n<li>Individuals who need to be handed strategy or direction — this role requires critical thinking and initiative</li>\n<li>Remote-only candidates — this is an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">on-site position in Irving, TX</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span></p>\n<p>You’ll be joining a team focused on solving meaningful, practical problems with real users.
