Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a small wall mounted device that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and home, unlocking their EV’s battery for backup power (V2H), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, backup battery and the grid.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assemble, test, or maintain circuitry and electro-mechanical systems, including test fixtures and cabinets, according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, or electronics knowledge, using hand or power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and troubleshoot test fixtures and instrumentation, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to test specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assemble electrical cabinets with a focus on clean wiring, proper cable management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Replace defective components or parts using hand tools, precision instruments, and soldering stations, ensuring high-quality repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Modify, maintain, or repair electronic equipment or systems to ensure proper functionality and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronic units, test fixtures, and electromechanical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up and operate specialized or standard test equipment to diagnose, test, or analyze the performance of electronic components, assemblies, or systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues in test fixtures, cabinets, and control systems, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with engineering specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First responder for problems identified by Contract Manufacturers regarding malfunction of test setup (eg. equipment, wiring, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Procure parts and maintain inventory and related documentation for test fixtures, cabinets, and electronic systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Document and report possible modifications to blueprints, urgent maintenance tasks and internal and external exchanges that affect a test setup.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">College Diploma or higher in Electrical or related field Experience, background.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in both laboratory and manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience using electrical and mechanical equipment and tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with wiring equipment to the North American grid.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with task management software like Jira Knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
