The program specializes in providing these individuals with Applied Behavior Analysis based intensive residential treatment designed to minimize problem behaviors while providing them assistance with activities of daily living.  In addition, we proactively help our clients develop their independence and participate in social and recreational community activities. We are activity seeking a Program Manager.\n<p>ponsibility.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Program Manager will support, monitor and supervise the Program Associates within their program.</li>\n <li>Designs, implements, monitors, and evaluates community support services that help people live as valued, contributing and self-determined members of their community.</li>\n <li>The Manager must possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team.</li>\n <li>This position requires a high degree of problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement of $5,250 each year toward a college degree</li>\n <li>Onsite M.A. in Applied Psychology: ABA through Rider University with tuition paid in full by Bancroft</li>\n <li>Chance to earn supervision hours toward BCBA or BCaBA requirements while simultaneously gaining hands on experience </li>\n <li>Opportunity to participation in clinical research and work with leaders in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis</li>\n <li>Many of our ABA Assistants have been promoted into positions of advancement throughout Bancroft and accepted into top undergraduate and graduate degree programs</li>\n <li>Great opportunities for advancement and career development</li>\n <li>Outstanding benefits package, including Medical, Prescription, Dental, Retirement, Life and Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>A retirement savings program with matching employer contributions </li>\n <li>Generous paid time off, which increases based on years of service</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An incumbent in this position who has graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology AND possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.</li>\n <li>Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p>Bancroft stands strong against racism and hate of all kinds and supports actions leading to respect, equality, fairness and peace.
