OTR regularly collaborates with other disciplines and services and is expected to independently review outcomes and modify intervention programs. &nbsp;Clinical reasoning and professional judgment are essential for ensuring the safety of patients and protecting liability of the patient and the therapist. &nbsp;Direct supervision when not prohibited by current license restrictions, may be exercised over support personnel, such as occupational therapy assistant and clerical staff. &nbsp;Maintains a safe and orderly operating business and maintains equipment as assigned. &nbsp;
