    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be working out of our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. This is a fulltime position and may require occasional overtime.&nbsp; This role will perform building maintenance and repair work in areas such as electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment repair, and forklift &amp; scissor lift repair.&nbsp; Participation in various stages of remodeling and renovation will also be expected, utilizing the strengths of the facilities team.&nbsp; This role will be expected to work both independently and within a team throughout various projects.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs scheduled maintenance tasks to support manufacturing, assembly, and office areas.</li><li>Detect, report, and repair defective equipment, damage, and any questionable conditions, communicating findings to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.</li><li>Repair facilities equipment, tools, and related systems as needed.</li><li>Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds at all NJ locations and report findings to the Facilities Maintenance Manager.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>General:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision when needed.</li><li>Works effectively in a team environment and communicates clearly with colleagues, vendors, and supervisors.</li><li>Previous experience in a facilities maintenance or similar technical/building-related role is required.</li><li>Ability to work from heights on ladders and lifts.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.</li><li>Valid driver’s license required.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshooting and working with 120-480V systems as well as low voltage control systems.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to determine root cause of equipment failure and think through operations and functions of new equipment, including researching and interpreting equipment documentation and schematics.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics.</li><li>Familiar with diagnosing failed motors, contactors, capacitors, and common electrical components.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Hourly Rate:</u></strong></p><ul><li>$25-28/hr, depending on experience</li></ul>",
