    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">PRIMARY FUNCTION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> This position is responsible for fulfilling fine art framing needs for Specialist Departments</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Responsible for matt cutting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Archival Hinging of photographs and various works on paper</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Fitting artwork</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Plexi and glass cutting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Collaborating with Property Managers and Specialist Departments to assess framing needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Ordering framing supplies and maintaining framing studio</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Ensure that framing needs are met for exhibition and shipping deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Work as needed at gallery during installations as well as at offsite locations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Liaison between Property Managers, Shipping, Property Control, Specialists, Department Administrator, Photo Studio and Cataloguers regarding framing needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Consult Department spreadsheets, Voxme and Auctiontools for information regarding works to be framed. Track progress of workflow in spreadsheet format.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Order frames from other vendors as needed and assist in coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Responsible for maintaining safe storage of objects at the warehouse or staged at gallery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Assist Property Managers as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Follow guidelines set forth in the Phillips Art Handling Manual</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">• 5+ years proven experience in, implementing framing projects (must have experience working with photographs vintage to contemporary; as well as various works on paper ,including drawings, printmaking , and editions).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">• 5+ year of experience handling art in a safe and professional manner</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Working knowledge of and experience with:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">o Various packing methods suitable to a wide range of media, preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">o MS Office Suite/Outlook, preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">o Voxme software, preferred</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px;
