The Museum Store is often the last stop in our visitor’s adventure, and we are looking for associates that want to be part of their memorable visit.<br/><br/>Job Functions:<br/>Responsible for Opening and Closing cash handling duties.<br/>Handle any customer service issues in the absence of another one of the store management team<br/>Exhibit professionalism in all things including appearance, co-worker interactions, and visitor interactions<br/>Troubleshoot issues with the POS system.&nbsp;<br/>Greet visitors and deliver excellent customer service.<br/>Maintain working knowledge about museum history and exhibits.<br/>Answer frequently asked questions about merchandise.<br/>Working in the Point-of-Sale system<br/>Be able to lift 25 pounds<br/>Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility&nbsp;<br/>Provide excellent customer service to clients &nbsp;<br/>Ability to prioritize and take initiative&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in planning, coordinating and helping with events as needed</li>\n <li>Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors</li>\n <li>Provide information and answer inquiries as needed</li>\n <li>Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services</li>\n <li>Ability to comply with University policies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Employer: Baylor University</p>\n<p>Work Location: Mayborn Museum</p>\n<p>Work Address: 1300 S University Parks Dr Waco, TX 76706</p>",
