font-size: 12pt\"><span>The Procurement Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Procurement Team and reports to the Global Procurement Director.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>This role will be managing procurement activities for our USA office which will require some flexible working hours as the operations and vendors are based in the USA.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Responsible for purchase to pay process which includes sourcing, negotiation, cost comparison, vendor selection, order processing and liaison with finance on payment completion.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Processing of purchase orders to ensure on-time-delivery, track procurement cycle and monitor closure of purchase orders.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Understand and communicate with internal stake holders on their request mainly on product and services specification, budget and delivery time frame.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Maintain and update of data for procurement and savings on a timely manner.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Proactively participate in savings and improvement initiatives.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Part of vendor management through update on vendor score card, provide summary and propose solution when necessary.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Shipping arrangement including cost comparison, analysis, quote negotiation and arrangement with service provider for all orders.</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts &amp; Graphs).</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
