We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Business development, including securing new clients, fostering long-term client relationships, leading proposal preparation, and developing and executing a strategic business development plan.</li>\n <li>Leading meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other stakeholders to drive project success.</li>\n <li>Establishing, supporting and developing a new office in the Calgary area.</li>\n <li>Project management, including planning and executing projects, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, and driving profitability.</li>\n <li>Mentoring and leadership of senior, mid-career, and junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.</li>\n <li>Managing work to meet contract schedules, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and high standards of care.</li>\n <li>Preparing technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals that reflect innovation and technical excellence.</li>\n <li>Occasional fieldwork as required by the Company.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or environmental engineering, or a related field of study (required)</li>\n <li>Advanced degree in a related field of study (desirable but not essential)</li>\n <li>Professional registration e.g. P.Eng (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 10 years (15+ preferred) of relevant consulting or client-side experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in water process engineering for the industrial sector (required)</li>\n <li>Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams. (required)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in client development and management. (required)</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and traveling to client sites as needed. (required)</li>\n <li>Valid Canadian driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)</li>\n</ul>",
