Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION : Handling inbound and outbound calls, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase Customer service satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:
Answer all incoming calls and schedules appointments for our vehicle service and sales departments. Making outbound calls. Log all Customer comments. Schedule follow up contact if no appointment is made. Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales & Service. Confirm scheduled appointments. Follow up with Service & Sales Department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome. Schedule future contact as needed. Purify and update Customer changes in database. Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives. Respond to Customer website requests. Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule an appointment. Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to pre-determined timeline. Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled. Assist with other duties, as assigned. Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals. Regular and reliable attendance MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential Customer. First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferable knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills. Prior related Telemarketing experience preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:
Compliance with all policies of the company including without limitation the Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Electronic Information Policy, and Confidentiality Agreement.
