Based at Campari House in central London, the company provides a dynamic and professional working environment, focused on excellence, innovation, and employee wellbeing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join us as a Facilities Operative Apprentice, supporting the smooth running, safety and maintenance of our workplace environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apprenticeship Summary:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>• Salary: £14,560 a year (based on £8 per hour)<br>• Working Week: Monday to Friday, typically 9:00am – 4:40pm <br>• Hours: 35 hours per week<br>• Duration: 15-month programme<br>• Online apprenticeship training supported by skilled tutors<br>• Level 2 Facilities Operative Apprenticeship<br>• Location: Campari House, 14–16 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 8QW</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>This role involves supporting the Facilities Management (FM) team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed working environment. You will gain hands-on experience across both soft and hard FM services, contributing to the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial workplace.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will assist in delivering facilities services that support employees and business operations, while learning key skills in maintenance, compliance, and workplace management.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Duties:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>• Support the FM team with day-to-day facilities operations<br>• Assist with maintenance of the building and workplace environment<br>• Help coordinate soft services such as cleaning, catering, reception, and waste management<br>• Support hard services including basic mechanical and electrical tasks and plumbing awareness<br>• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment<br>• Assist with administrative tasks, record keeping, and reporting<br>• Follow health and safety procedures and take responsibility for personal safety<br>• Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders<br>• Support problem-solving and suggest improvements to processes<br>• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning<br>• Carry out tasks as directed, seeking guidance when needed<br>• Be hands-on and actively engaged in learning new skills</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Candidate:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications, Qualities &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>• Basic understanding or interest in facilities management<br>• Good communication and teamwork skills<br>• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<br>• Positive attitude and willingness to learn<br>• Reliable and flexible approach to work<br>• Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, systems)<br>• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed<br>• Awareness of health and safety practices (desirable)<br>• Customer service or administrative skills (desirable)<br>• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training and Development:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>As an apprentice, you will receive structured training alongside practical, on-the-job experience.
