This position will also supervise and support Employment Specialist and Job Coaches ensuring direct reports receive support to be effective in their role and feedback on their performance, by way of coaching sessions and performance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the agency as well as a passion for going out in the community to find new career opportunities for the individuals we support.</p>\n\n<p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Overseeing job development and job placement activities on behalf of supported individuals.</li>\n\t<li>Overseeing orientation training program for all new individuals placed in an employment opportunity.</li>\n\t<li>Ensuring the completion of Vocational Rehab Reports</li>\n\t<li>Ensuring staff development by overseeing and/or coordinating direct report training/education and certification activities.</li>\n\t<li>Maintaining effective work relationships with supported individuals and other stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>$500 Sign on bonus</li>\n\t<li>Mileage Reimbursement&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Health Insurance/Vision and Dental benefits&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off</li>\n\t<li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n\t<li>The satisfaction of making a real difference!</li>\n</ul>\n",
