The person hired will be eligible for our company&rsquo;s benefit package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. This position is responsible for ensuring that threats to product quality are adequately controlled. This is a full-time, Weekday - Nights, positions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Comply with and carry out the instructions and directions of the Production Manager.</li><li>Ensure team members are accomplishing their designated job responsibilities through auditing, training, and support.</li><li>Promote teamwork and employee development.</li><li>Assist Production Manager with preparation for monthly team meetings</li><li>Complete daily Supervisor responsibilities checklist.</li><li>Communicate needs (mechanical &amp; procedural) of the line to the proper department or individual. Follow maintenance work order procedures and assist maintenance with prioritization of projects based on line review.</li><li>Collect counts from all of the machine operators, and to make sure that the paperwork is filled out completely and correctly. To accurately input daily production counts into BPCS and generate Production Report and Count Sheets.</li><li>Verify that all of the raw material audits are performed daily by the machine operators.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for every employee under direct supervision, including, attendance, tardiness, performance, attitude, or any item pertinent to the individual.</li><li>Provide regular performance evaluations for employees.</li><li>Read and comprehend production schedules and perform duties required for each item. Also, to comply with any changes in the schedule during the production shift.</li><li>Know how to operate each of the job positions on the production lines, including the Working Foreman.</li><li>Report any safety concerns to the proper, responsible party.</li><li>Identify short-term resolutions and long-term corrections to line issues.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous supervisory experience&nbsp;</li><li>Employee must be capable of working a 10-hour day.</li><li>Employee must be able to stand for long periods of time while monitoring the lines.</li><li>Must frequently use hand(s) for repetitive movement single grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.</li><li>Must frequently bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach.</li><li>Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervisory: 1 year&nbsp;</li><li>Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Production: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
