The Tutor is responsible for providing part-time, high-quality support and tutorial services to students, grades K-8, The High Dosage Tutor will provide academic support and promote student achievement. The work schedules are subject to change in accordance with the needs of Think Together.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver daily small group, targeted academic support leveraging research-based curriculum. </li>\n <li>Supports students in an instructional setting, maintaining high standards for behavior and safety. </li>\n <li>Follow and implement consistent tutoring lessons with complete fidelity. </li>\n <li>Collect student mastery data using assessments and track student results. </li>\n <li>Build positive, caring, and achievement-focused relationships with students. </li>\n <li>Support consistent student routines and procedures to maximize instructional time. </li>\n <li>Engage in pre-service and ongoing training and professional development. </li>\n <li>Use common communication tools and systems to track student progress and performance. </li>\n <li>Serve as a positive role model for youth in the program through appropriate dress, speech, attitude, and courtesy. </li>\n <li>Create an environment that fosters a sense of belonging. </li>\n <li>Provide experience for youth with an emphasis on enriching their school experience and their outlook on life. </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate paperwork including sign-in/sign-out sheets for each class session. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrive punctually in order to meet responsibilities in site start up and assignments. </li>\n <li>Maintain clean classroom and facility space. </li>\n <li>Maintain highest degree of confidentiality in student and staff matters. </li>\n <li>Comply with organization and site policies and follows procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D.
