    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Primary Objective:</strong></p><p>Ensure the overall implementation of quality of programs and services are provided in accordance with all federal, state and corporate standards and regulations. &nbsp;Shall assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of BCBA or BCaBA, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform. &shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;&shy;</p><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Major Functions and Scope:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Treat all clients with dignity and respect.</li><li>Participate and/or follow statewide-identified systems and processes of the development and implementation of the Individual Support Plan and all related documents and follow up.</li><li>Daily documentation of observations and data collection.</li><li>Weekly and monthly reports to the BCBA or BCaBA in preparation for report to the local operation<s>s</s>.</li><li>Participate in response and plan of corrections for governmental oversight surveys.</li><li>Participate in daily living and self-help skills.</li><li>Assist clients in accessing community activities, including outings and medical appointments as directed by your supervisor.</li><li>Provide data regarding behavioral objectives for Program Managers and BCBA/BCaBA.</li><li>Provide orientation and ongoing staff training as directed by supervisor.</li><li>Serve as an advocate for the clients.</li><li>Flexibility in scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.</li><li>Attend ISP meetings when deemed necessary.</li><li>Participate in training to continually improve expertise in the field of developmentally disabled.</li><li>Obtain ongoing supervision for a minimum of five percent of the hours spent providing behavior-analytic services each calendar month.</li><li>Observe, provide behavioral skills training, and deliver feedback on the use of behavioral interventions to employees working with the clients.</li><li>Participate in on-call support for behavioral crises as needed.</li><li>Model technical, professional, and ethical behavior.<s>&nbsp;</s></li><li>Review written materials (e.g., daily progress notes, data sheets) for information related to behavioral goals and interventions.</li><li>Oversee and evaluate the effects of behavior-analytic service delivery.</li><li>If pursuing your BCBA provide ongoing evaluation of the effects of supervision.</li><li>Complete other duties assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Supervision:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>High school graduate who has completed a 40-hour training course and exam, having maintained their active certification by ongoing supervision by a BCBA-D, BCBA, or BCaBA</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>1-3 years&rsquo; experience working with intellectual and developmental delayed individuals preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.</li><li>Professional Crisis Management certified within 60 days of hire required.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact</li><li>Commitment to providing excellent service; ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult situations</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all documents and communications</li><li>Ability to interpret and follow instructions, company procedures and policies</li><li>Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization</li><li>Must be an effective team member</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Other Pertinent Job Information:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Structure of supervision. Supervision must include at least two face-to-face, real-time contacts per month (i.e., supervision may not occur over the phone or via email). Your supervisor must observe you providing services in at least one of the monthly meetings. In-person, on-site observation is preferred.
