Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What does River City Casino & Hotel have to offer? </u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Day 1 medical, dental, & vision benefits!</li>\n <li>Uber benefit for nearby metro stops.</li>\n <li>Recognition programs with cash rewards, gift cards, & more.</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement, Lindenwood University Discounts, & Diversity Scholarship for Team Member’s children.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As a <strong>Slot Supervisor</strong>, you will:</p>\n<p><em>Pay: Starting at $22.84 per hour, based on experience | Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Slots department.</li>\n <li>Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.</li>\n <li>Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Assists in the budget process for the department and provides recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.</li>\n <li>Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. </li>\n <li>Ensures efficiency of slot machines and related gaming equipment during assigned shift.</li>\n <li>Provides authorizing/verifying signature for jackpot payments, when applicable, in accordance with established procedures.</li>\n <li>Effectively handles customer concerns and requests; makes final decisions regarding service recovery on assigned shift.</li>\n <li>Works closely with manager to implement and oversee overall strategies for engagement, customer service, comp ability, games layout and mix, revenue growth, and expense management in order to maximize profitability.</li>\n <li>Maintains and processes all paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication pertaining to the Slots department.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the engagement of all team members on assigned shift by addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations on assigned shift.</li>\n <li>Understands and adheres to all bargaining unit agreements (where applicable).</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or minimum five (5) years of experience in a comparable Slots leadership position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Must have extensive knowledge of Slots Operations.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and have knowledge of Slots operating systems.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li>\n <li>Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li>\n <li>Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
