    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Metalcraft of Mayville is hiring a Quality Inspector (BIQ: Built in Quality Inspector) in our Mayville, WI facility, on 1st shift. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is primarily responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of finished SCAG product. The Quality Inspector (BIQ: Built in Quality Inspector) may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure units conform to a specific checklist.</li>\n <li>Record findings by completing quality forms and report to the Assembly lead or supervisor.</li>\n <li>Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.</li>\n <li>Helps resolves assembly problems to meet specifications.</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.</li>\n <li>Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently.</li>\n <li>High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from is accredited institution.</li>\n <li>Strong basic math skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Good finger and hand coordination.</li>\n <li>Some basic knowledge in blue prints reading and torque values is desired.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or GED Equivalent.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working within a highly technical environment</li>\n <li>Previous experience with overhead crane use is desired.</li>\n <li>Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equipment Operated: Measurement devices, wrenches, screwdrivers and various other hand tools.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>Regularly exposed to varying temperature conditions between 60-100 degrees Fahrenheit, loud noise, moving machinery parts, airborne particles, and fumes from production equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PM17</p>\n<p>Metalcraft of Mayville is an Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>Minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity</p>\n<p> </p>",
