The Supervisor will oversee and provide in-clinic guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with disabilities. This position will be responsible for supervising and coaching Behavior Technicians, working closely with families, and collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior management plans.
