    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Overview</span></p>\n<p>This position operates a wide variety of medium and heavy vehicles and equipment throughout the facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:</span></p>\n<p>• Operates a variety of equipment, which may include water pumper truck, reactors, frontend loaders, bobcats, graders,<br>   and other pieces of equipment.</p>\n<p>• Inspects equipment for safety prior to use and performs necessary basic maintenance tasks.</p>\n<p>• Examines pathway and clear obstructions from the path of travel.</p>\n<p>• Practices good physical work methods, utilizes good work habits, and meets established production standards.</p>\n<p>• Uses standard methods, practices, supplies, tools, and equipment to complete tasks.</p>\n<p>• Wears proper personal protective equipment and works in a safe work environment at all times.</p>\n<p>• Maintains cleanliness of work area and ensures a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and<br>   equipment.</p>\n<p>• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>• Possess a valid driver's license.</p>\n<p>• Experience in operating a water pumper driver a plus.</p>\n<p>• Excellent customer service and ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p>• Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following basic safety precautions.</p>\n<p>• Exposed to dust, dirt, fumes, chemicals, and unpleasant odors. Moves for sustained periods.</p>\n<p>• Moves objects at least 50 pounds.</p>\n<p>• Work involves sitting for extended periods.</p>\n<p>• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</p>",
