The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities and an understanding of task tracking and project management approaches.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b><u>Daily Office Management Tasks</u></b></p><ul><li>Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.</li><li>Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation &amp; Planning Team.</li><li>Training arrangement.</li><li>Field visitation plan.</li><li>Uniform arrangement.</li></ul><p><u><strong>C</strong></u><b><u><u><strong>on</strong></u>duct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks</u></b></p><ul><li>Project Delivery Order check - sample stock &amp; accessories.</li><li>Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation &amp; Planning Team.</li><li>Recruiting &amp; Selecting new SV candidates during fieldwork.</li><li>Reporting.</li></ul><p><b>Requirement(s): </b></p><ul><li>Possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of work experience in the FMCG industry.</li><li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li><li>Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.</li><li>Results&#8208;oriented and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.</li><li>Possess own transport.</li><li>Able to work on weekends.</li></ul>",
