    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span>Job Summary:</span></em></span><span> </span><span>The Residence Worker provides care for the individuals in the group home and participates as part of the team responsible for implementing all aspects of the residents’ program, including the organization’s policies, procedures and philosophy.
