This role is located in&nbsp;<strong>Berwyn, PA</strong>.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Drive the development of key client reporting and solutions with significant impact.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Serve as a thought leader and expert within the Managed Account Solutions Engineering management team and across the organization.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate closely with Clients, VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Influence product direction, often working with clients on reporting that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">8-10+ years of product management experience, including creating strategic reporting product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred and directly with clients on requirements, development, and implementation.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience building and launching reporting products from ideation through launch and revision.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience managing daily technical and design direction.</span></li></ul>",
