    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\">We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic&nbsp;<strong>Plant Manager</strong> to oversee our forging plant located in Milwaukee, WI.</p><p><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Job Details</strong><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Job Description:<br>&nbsp;We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our forging plant located in south side of Milwaukee, WI. This plant focuses on producing high quality forgings for our customers. &nbsp; We specialize in finding and implementing innovative solutions to our customers challenges including design and process improvement, automation and full-service die machine shop capabilities. &nbsp;The ideal candidate will have a robust background in manufacturing and engineering, with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including experience in manufacturing of forgings and/ or other steel manufactured parts, and strong P&amp;L management skills.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Leadership &amp; Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of 50+ employees, including several direct reports, to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the plant.</li><li>Operations Oversight: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes in forging parts in hammers / straight side presses.</li><li>P&amp;L Management: Maintain responsibility for the plant&rsquo;s profit and loss statements, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical press operations (preferably forging), ability to assist the leadership of various functions including, forging, cutting, maintenance, shipping and logistics.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain Six Sigma methodologies and other quality improvement processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet production goals, address operational challenges, and drive plant growth and efficiency.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational performance and reduce waste.</li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;Qualifications:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 15 years in manufacturing or engineering roles, with significant experience in forging,weldments and robotics would be strongly preferred.</li><li>P&amp;L Management: Demonstrated experience managing P&amp;L statements and achieving financial targets.</li><li>Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and fostering a positive work environment.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
