    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Resource Management:</strong></p>\n<p>To ensure implementation of overall resource management process in the BU by effectively implementing policies and procedures laid down by the organization for ensuring seamless serviceability in the Unit. .</p>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Partner Coordination:</strong></p>\n<p>Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders for resource planning &amp; allocation.</p>\n<p>Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HC, engineering &amp; operations)</p>\n<p>Facilitate regular meetings with primary stakeholders to track progress, address concerns, and provide updates</p>\n<p>Maintain Monthly operator incentive calculation sheet.</p>\n<p>Maintain Monthly operator productivity sheet</p>\n<p><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</strong></p>\n<p>Prepare and present regular reports on operator performance to Operations Manager and the HOD.</p>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Risk Management &amp; Safety.</strong></p>\n<p>Identify and implement process improvements to minimize operator overtime and also optimize performance.</p>",
