    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.33/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.33/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About George Junior Republic:</strong></p><p>Founded in 1909, George Junior Republic is dedicated to helping at-risk youth become successful, well-adjusted adults, capable of achieving a higher degree of citizenship and a better understanding of his responsibility to society, family and self.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Summary of the position: &nbsp;</strong>The Community-Based Case Intern is responsible for providing home-based and community-based quality services for families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or Juvenile Probation.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Stiped provided:&nbsp;</strong>Interns are provided with a stipend upon successful completion of onboarding.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Ensure all case records, correspondence, and conversations regarding clients remain confidential as required by HIPAA compliance regulations.</li><li>Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record.</li><li>Provide home-based services to clients in compliance with Service Standards published by the Indiana Department of Child Services for the service that they are providing.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Communicate initial client contact or lack thereof to referral source and Compliance Coordinator with 48 hours.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Document client contacts through up-to-date case notes that are maintained in Case Management Pro (electronic database), VPN client files and Kid Traks (if applicable).</li><li>Provide monthly Progress Reports by due date to supervisor to referring agencies and Kid Traks (if applicable) as well as any other specific written or verbal information requested by referring agencies.</li><li>Provide Treatment Plans, Safety Plans, and other required clinical documents/resources/tools within 7-30 days of referral to referral agencies. Updated Treatment Plans are due no less than every 90 days to supervisor for review and sent to referral source by pre-arranged due dates.</li><li>If applicable, complete visitation/parenting time logs and send to referral sources within 48 hours of services rendered ensuring all required sections of log are compliance with current state content standards.</li><li>Oversee completion of program required assessments, including but not limited to, PFS-2, NCFAS, IARCA packets upon admission, discharge, three month and six-month follow-up.</li><li>Record all billable/direct and non-billable/indirect time on a daily basis, utilizing the established database while ensuring an accurate timesheet is maintained.</li><li>Maintain client files ensuring all required documents are in place adhering to the GJR in Indiana file checklist for each respective service being rendered.
