Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, Sazerac provides extraordinary opportunities for growth with competitive salaries and benefits in an exciting, entrepreneurial industry.</p>\n<h2>Job Description/Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Global Senior Marketing Procurement Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and executing global marketing procurement strategies across Sazerac. In this hybrid Louisville-based position, you will partner with Brand, Marketing, and National Accounts teams to optimize marketing investments, drive innovation, and strengthen supplier partnerships. You will also lead a Procurement Manager focused on point-of-sale (POS) initiatives while helping influence how our brands execute and scale marketing programs around the world.</p>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute global procurement strategies across marketing categories, including media, creative, partnerships, POS, merchandising, and market research.</li>\n <li>Partner with internal stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and agency optimization opportunities that support business objectives.</li>\n <li>Lead supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and procurement performance tracking through key metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Oversee POS creation, printing, fulfillment, and trafficking while ensuring quality, efficiency, and value across supplier networks.</li>\n <li>Coach and develop a Marketing Procurement team member while driving accountability and results.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree.</li>\n <li>Minimum 10 years of Procurement experience, including at least 5 years supporting Marketing Procurement categories.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions using data.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Experience managing marketing procurement categories such as POS, media, creative services, merchandising, or market research.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li>\n <li>Remote with some travel to corporate office in Louisville, KY</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Remote schedule available for the following qualifying states:  </strong></p>\n<p>Alabama, Arkansas, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wyoming</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-TH1</p>\n<p>#Remote</p>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Culture and Benefits</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
