By providing our suppliers and customers with streamlined services, they are able to focus on their core business.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job timing: </span></span><span>7 pm to 4 am (only drop is available)</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Location: </span></span><span>Goregaon- West, Mumbai</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Manage product and documentation flow to customers and freight providers for the assigned region's physical trades</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain accurate data in the company's TMS system</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure efficient management of import and export customs processes for traded products</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Identify process improvements, optimize performance, and reduce costs</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Coordinate with internal teams to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements for individual trades</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Communicate shipment details with local and international teams</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Develop and manage relationships with service providers (warehouse, truckers, shipping lines) to ensure effective execution of containerized trade operations</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Track container movement to and from ports to ensure timely shipments</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Make freight bookings and submit shipping instructions, checking bills of lading online</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Desired Skills and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience working in a TMS system (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>4+ years of logistics or physical commodity movement experience (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and documentation (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Fluency in English</span></li>\n</ul>",
