Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level </li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location) </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#EnvoyHubH</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $15.77 / hr with $1.75 lead premium</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?    </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively as a dependable and collaborative team member</li>\n <li>Ability to providing effective, efficient, friendly service to all customers</li>\n <li>Routine analysis of tracer activity and working proactively to avoid further mishandling's</li>\n <li>Daily compilation of statistical data for analysis of baggage performance reports </li>\n <li>Ability to update and/or produce complex spreadsheets of statistical data daily, for analysis and report  </li>\n <li>Generation of baggage performance</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain productivity</li>\n <li>Self motivation with a high degree of curiosity for the investigation of discrepancies</li>\n <li>Ability to assist and provide direction to TWU Crew Chiefs and clerks during Irregular Operations events</li>\n <li>Strong analytical/problem solving, collaboration and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation of analyzed data within assigned deadlines</li>\n <li>Ability to provide oversight at customs for movement of bags to reduce tracers and identify and report issues for corrective action</li>\n <li>Highly developed ability to comprehend and explain the contributing factors to baggage mishandling's relative to airline industry dynamics to team members and management</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate department data to internal customers</li>\n <li>Highly developed interpersonal, communication, report writing, as well as, organizational skills  </li>\n <li>Highly developed sense of operational awareness and quick response time to issues</li>\n <li>Ability to anticipate projects or operational requirement and take action – without waiting to be told what to do</li>\n <li>Assists management in projects as needed. Conducts baggage operations observations and audits of bags in carts and carousels </li>\n <li>Attend meetings with Envoy management and/or with airport, AA and other airlines as a representative of Envoy Air, Inc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent required</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new computer programs</li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.</p></li>\n <li>Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days off</li>\n <li>Must be flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary</li>\n <li>Must be customer focused, detail oriented, and interested about the airline industry</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Bilingual (Preferred)</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform job functions under, sometimes, stressful conditions beyond employee's control while attempting to influence favorable impression of the Company.  </li>\n <li>May be subjected to engine fumes, vehicle emissions, dust and engine noise.  </li>\n <li>Must perform job functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrates above average qualities of leadership, initiative and judgment.  </li>\n <li>Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship</li>\n <li>Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.</li>\n <li>Cognitive skills to gather/analyze data and convert the data into graphs and charts.</li>\n <li>Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a high-stress environment.</li>\n <li>Must understand field operations and the ability to apply that knowledge in completing assignments.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with management both orally and in written reports.</li>\n <li>Must be self-managed/report to work on a regular and timely basis</li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint is required.</li>\n <li>Typing Skill 45-50 + WPM</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
