We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducting geotechnical field investigations;</li>\n <li>Performing and reviewing engineering calculations;</li>\n <li>Developing, installing, and managing instrumentation and monitoring systems;</li>\n <li>Developing construction documents;</li>\n <li>Monitoring heavy civil construction projects;</li>\n <li>Writing and reviewing engineering reports; and</li>\n <li>Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering. (required)</li>\n <li>Master's or PhD degree in geotechnical engineering. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior internship or work experience in engineering consulting. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong fundamentals in geotechnical engineering theory and practice. </li>\n <li>Excellent writing and communication skills. (required)</li>\n <li>Experience with geotechnical and engineering software such as AutoCAD, SLIDE, and PLAXIS. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Regular field work and overnight travel. (required)</li>\n <li>Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing.
