    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><p id=\"isPasted\">IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Store Manager&nbsp;</p><p>BASIC FUNCTION: Responds to customers&rsquo; needs, quote projects/materials, complete orders, may occasionally visit job sites as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Respond to customer requests, explains Millwork and Hardscapes product features, and sells products.</li><li>Provides displays, brochures and other point-of-sale information to&nbsp;customer.</li><li>Accurately completes all paperwork for sales, special orders and&nbsp;requests.</li><li>May assist with Stocking and displaying products to greatest&nbsp;advantage.</li><li>Accepts returned merchandise by verifying documents and&nbsp;products.</li><li>Processes refunds, credits and&nbsp;exchanges.</li><li>Coordinates with Dispatcher on customer deliveries&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a clean store&nbsp;environment.</li><li>Attends and participates in all company-sponsored training programs as required.</li></ul><p>EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</p><p>EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years in Lumber and Building material industry either selling or hands on knowledge.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE &amp;&nbsp;ABILITIES:</p><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure&nbsp;manuals.</li><li>Ability to write routine reports and&nbsp;correspondence.</li><li>Ability to speak effectively before customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and&nbsp;volume.</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram&nbsp;form.</li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li>Good interpersonal, communication, sales and Customer Service&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Knowledge of building materials and products</li><li>Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required.</li></ul><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><ul><li>Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or&nbsp;crawl.</li><li>Must be able to drive &amp; hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Manual&nbsp;dexterity.</li><li>Ability to talk and&nbsp;hear.</li><li>Strength: lift and/or move up to 50&nbsp;pounds.</li><li>Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li></ul><p>LICENSE OR CERT/FICATION: Valid Driver&rsquo;s License&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Rotational Saturdays 7:00am - 12:00PM <br/><br/>**NOT A REMOTE POSITION**<br/>45+",
