          "text": "<p><strong>JOB DETAILS </strong></p><p><strong>Base pay rate starts at $30.00 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>Bonus $6,000</strong></p><p><strong>Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00-6:00 AM start times</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>\n<br>\nThe driver will be expected to transport and deliver building materials to retail stores and construction job sites using a tractor-trailer. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service. This is a hands-on delivery driving position and will be local during the week.</p><ul><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections thoroughly</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment</li><li>Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed</li><li>Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines</li><li>Load and unload truck using a Manitou or Moffett (Training Provided)</li><li>Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site</li><li>Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods</li><li>Occasional Weekend work</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
