    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Account Executive</strong></p><p>Bentley Mills, Inc. is searching for an Account Executive for the Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati &amp; Dayton) &amp; Kentucky territory. The Account Executive will pro-actively promote and represent Bentley, develop new and existing Architect &amp; Designer (A&amp;D), Flooring Contractor, and End-User customers in the designated territory. The Account Executive will work closely with all customer stakeholders to meet the desired outcome(s) of the project. The Account Executive will develop a strategic Business Plan, in collaboration with the Regional Vice President, to prioritize customer type, market segment, and geographic focus, aimed to achieve the sales quota of the territory.</p><p>This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales of Bentley.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Minimum 2 years experience handling a sales territory in the carpet industry or related field within the Building Materials Industry.</p><p>Experience with generating options, alternatives, and solutions for customers to successfully grow the business in this territory is required&nbsp;</p><p>Knowledge of local accounts and contacts in the territory, market dynamics, and industry trends is preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree or similar educational background required.</p><p>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.</p><p>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office &amp; Outlook preferred.&nbsp;</p><p>Willingness to utilize our CRM platform (currently Salesforce.com) for management of accounts, contacts, and opportunity development.</p><p>Ability and means to travel 25-40%, proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.</p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>Sedentary work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.</p><p><br></p><p>The Account Executive will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures.
