This position will primarily work in our powder coating area and may assist with washing parts, sandblasting, hanging parts, and other production tasks as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to learn multiple areas of manufacturing. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required &mdash; we are willing to train the right candidate.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift experience is a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Powder coating or sandblasting experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable working in a warm environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow verbal and written instructions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail-oriented with a focus on quality</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work well on a team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple departments as needed</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Duties:</strong><br>&nbsp;This position will support various areas of our finishing and production departments, including but not limited to:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Washing and preparing parts for powder coating or finishing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sandblasting parts in blast booth</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Powder coating parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Loading and unloading parts on a moving track system</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Packaging finished product</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assisting with basic product assembly or other production areas as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operating a forklift (if qualified)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keeping work area clean and following all safety procedures</li></ul></div><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance plans</li><li>401k retirement plan with company match</li><li>Overtime available</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>1st Shift<br/>Monday - Thursday<br/>7:00am - 5:00pm<br/><br/>2nd Shift<br/>Monday - Thursday<br/>3:30pm - 2:00am",
