Johanna Foods is also a leading private label and co-pack juice and yogurt producer, manufacturing products for numerous leading retailers and brands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<p>Competitive compensation ($65,000-$75,000) and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short term disability insurance, long term disability insurance, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Desktop hardware, laptops, peripheral and software support.</li>\n <li>Follow design or installation specifications.</li>\n <li>Respond to user requests, troubleshooting the nature of the problem and taking necessary steps to resolve the problem.</li>\n <li>Using developed training materials and procedures, train users in the proper use of hardware and software.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain vendor relationships, working with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems.</li>\n <li>Phone system Moves, Adds and Changes.</li>\n <li>Contribute to day-to-day administration of the Network environments.</li>\n <li>Perform basic tasks related to data center management, working with servers, firewalls and switches.</li>\n <li>Project work as assigned by IT management.</li>\n <li>Ability to be “on call” on a rotating basis.</li>\n <li>Some second shift vacation coverage 11 AM – 7:30 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have an associate’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in a PC/LAN environment.</li>\n <li>Experience with Cisco switches and routers is a must.</li>\n <li>Experience with Miltel Phone VOIP or other VOIP systems a plus.</li>\n <li>Entry level Cisco certifications are a plus (CCENT, CCNA… )</li>\n <li>Operational knowledge of IBM AS/400 a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills, proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Understanding of network cabling (CAT6, CAT5, Fiber Optics).</li>\n <li>Experience with PC, servers and network monitoring, management tools and core services technology.</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve.</li>\n <li>Good interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Desire to take advantage of learning opportunities.</li>\n <li>Independent, self-starting positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Strong organization skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Possess a current driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.</li>\n <li>Lift, unbox, and install hardware across campus environment; must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>",
