This role is responsible for electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings. Dependable and motivated, this role works as a team player to drive success on team projects as well as on independent projects. You are diligent in flagging and communicating potential risks and unsafe conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>5+ years' continuous experience as an Electrician or Journeyman required</li>\n<li>Previous Service Technician experience preferred</li>\n<li>Experience working in commercial and industrial settings required </li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the most recent National Electrical Code </li>\n<li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed required</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and comfort with technology </li>\n<li>Skilled at reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics</li>\n<li>Mechanical/technical aptitude and a passion for teaching others in this area </li>\n<li>Ability to informally lead others, including directing work and coaching for improvement</li>\n<li>Demonstrated focus on safety, quality, customer service, and goal attainment</li>\n<li>Operates with honesty and integrity</li>\n<li>Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently even under pressure</li>\n<li>Solid planning, organizing, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration with peers and leaders</li>\n<li>Ability to travel regionally to project sites, work overtime, and in varied weather conditions required</li>\n<li>Ability to work at elevated heights, and to lift up to 50 lbs as needed  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer generous benefits, competitive compensation, paid time off, training and development, the opportunity for growth, a safe work environment, and the chance to work with a winning team in a great company culture.
