    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Supervisor Maintenance is integral to the overall development and success of their workplaces, managing &amp; leading the maintenance staff. This Includes the Technical Support Functions (e.g. Maintenance, Special Projects, etc.). This also includes Current Production, Product Launch, Process Launch, and PM Strategy.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Supervisory Capacity:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Direct Reports:&nbsp; 1-5</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>PLC and HMI maintenance &amp; trouble shooting (including Ladder logic); Perform &amp; diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Be able to read advanced electrical and blueprint schematic.</span></li>\n <li><span>Have experience with Integrated circuit troubleshooting; wire control circuits for 5, 12, 24, ad 120 volts; advanced pneumatic circuit design.</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced Welding skills and experience with welding tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machine); Bridge &amp; Rail Cranes; Drilling/tapping; Circuit design &amp; layout; Cutting &amp; threading pipe; Basic pneumatic troubleshooting &amp; repair; Building maintenance- plat lighting, compressors and emergency lighting; Bending conduit and pulling wire; Installation &amp; set-up of motor contractors and VFDS.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure all employees follow the safety guidelines established by the Company. Noncompliance to the safety policies will result in disciplinary action and/or termination; Actively intervene to correct recognized unsafe actions and conditions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct daily observations of PPE use and safe work practices adherence and coach employees as needed; Ensure that all accidents including first aid are reported.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee hourly employee timecards, including approvals for overtime and vacation within the Kronos system.</span></li>\n <li><span>Capable of sizing motor starters and overloads for application.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to maintain machine functionality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to complete employee development plans, organize, communicate, and motivate employees. Must be able to prioritize own work-day schedule.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Schedules, coordinates and directs all necessary maintenance and construction work. Makes preliminary, intermediate and final inspection of maintenance and construction work to ensure proper workmanship, materials and conformance to work methods and safety regulations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Meets with senior management regularly and gives them monthly budgets and project status; May also meet with his counterparts, technical partners and customers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conducts regular meetings with teams, whether as a whole or through one-on-one discussions. They provide each team member an objective or goal that they will monitor progress or status on throughout the year. They then conduct performance reviews of team members and gives them feedback, as well as makes promotion recommendations or salary increases if applicable.</span></li>\n <li><span>Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education</p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree</p>\n<p><span>Area of Study: E</span><span>ngineering, Technical Engineering Degree or similar.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>2-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Industrial Maintenance experience.</span></p>\n<p><span>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</span></p>\n<p><span>Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Knowledge of Timer’s &amp; Counter theory; Electronic’s theory; Encoders/decoders theory; OHM’s Law; Hydraulics theory &amp; functionality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Forklift experience. (Certification will be required).</span></li>\n <li><span>Overhead crane experience (Certification will be required).</span></li>\n <li><span>TS 16949 awareness.</span></li>\n <li><span>ISO 14001 orientation / awareness training.</span></li>\n <li><span>Internal Customer service oriented.</span></li>\n <li><span>Possess a passion for excellence.</span></li>\n <li><span>Attention to detail.</span></li>\n <li><span>Team oriented.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent math skills.</span></li>\n</ul>",
