Chargé(e) de Recrutement   Description de poste   Lieu de travail : Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire Rattachement hiérarchique : HR Manager Développement – Afrique francophone Equipe managée : 2 Chasseurs de Talents Périmètre : Afrique francophone Le/La Chargé(e) de Recrutement joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle et stratégique de la politique de recrutement et d'attraction des Talents de Lapaire sur l’Afrique francophone. Il/Elle pilote l’ensemble des recrutements sur l’Afrique francophone, accompagne les managers dans la définition des besoins, sécurise la qualité des recrutements t out en accompagnant et faisant monter en compétence les chasseurs de talents .   Missions: Piloter et réaliser des recrutements clés Piloter de manière autonome les recrutements de profils seniors et clés (middle managers, directeurs, fonctions support) Accompagner les managers recruteurs dans l’analyse fine des besoins, la définition des profils et les critères de sélection Prioriser et coordonner les recrutements en lien avec les enjeux business et opérationnels des pays. Garantir la qualité des recrutements, le respect des délais et une expérience candidat optimale, en cohérence avec la marque employeur Lapaire.   Sourcer les meilleurs talents pour Lapaire Déployer des stratégies de sourcing multicanal adaptées aux profils recherchés (job boards, réseaux sociaux professionnels, ATS, bases de données internes etc.). Mener des actions de chasse et d’approche directe sur les profils pénuriques, experts ou à fort enjeu  Constituer, structurer et animer un vivier de talents à l’échelle de l’Afrique francophone. Contribuer au développement et à la visibilité de la marque employeur Lapaire.    Évaluation, entretiens & prise de décision Trier, analyser et présélectionner les candidatures avec un regard expert et structuré. Conduire les entretiens de préqualification (screening) et les entretiens de recrutement approfondis (compétences, posture managériale, leadership etc.).  Analyser et exploiter les résultats des tests techniques. Rédiger des comptes rendus d’entretien clairs (via l’ATS), structurés et facilitant la prise de décision. Assurer le suivi des candidats jusqu’à l’embauche, et participer à la sécurisation des prises de poste.   Assurer une relation fluide avec les candidats et amélioration continue Assurer une relation fluide, professionnelle et engageante avec les candidats tout au long du processus. Coordonner efficacement les échanges entre candidats, managers et équipes RH. Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en lien avec les équipes locales. Produire les reportings recrutement et suivre les indicateurs clés (temps de recrutement, qualité, satisfaction managers etc.)). Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus de recrutement, outils et pratiques de recrutement.   Support et Coaching collaborateurs  Superviser fonctionnellement les Chasseurs de Talents au quotidien et apporter un soutien opérationnel et technique  sur les recrutements complexes ou sensibles. Contribuer à la montée en compétences de l’équipe (méthodologie, posture, qualité entretiens) Participer à l’amélioration des pratiques de recrutement et à la professionnalisation de l’équipe Profil du Candidat Titulaire d’un Bac+2 / Bac+3  en Ressources Humaines, Sciences Sociales ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée de 2 à 4 ans minimum en recrutement / talent acquisition. Aisance avec les outils digitaux nécessaire (ATS), une bonne connaissance de la suite google est un plus . Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais appréciée. Qualités personnelles pour réussir dans ce poste Autonomie et maturité professionnelle : capacité à piloter des recrutements complexes de bout en bout et à formuler des recommandations pertinentes aux Managers.  Aisance relationnel : À l'aise dans les échanges avec les managers recruteurs, avec la capacité de challenger les besoins et sécuriser les décisions  Exigence et sens de la qualité : Attention portée à la qualité des recrutements, à l’expérience candidate à à l’adéquation culturelle Esprit de transmission : goût pour le partage d’expérience et l’accompagnement des collaborateurs pour partager ses connaissances pour faire grandir toute l’équipe Curiosité : Intérêt sincère pour les parcours, les personnalités et la compréhension approfondie des profils rencontrés. Organisation et gestion des priorités : Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle dans un environnement dynamique et en croissance rapide. Dynamisme et motivation : Capacité à réagir rapidement, à maintenir un haut niveau d’engagement et à s’investir pleinement dans ses missions. Ambition : Volonté constante de dépasser les objectifs fixés et de continuer à progresser professionnellement.

structuré.\n Conduire les entretiens de préqualification (screening) et les entretiens de recrutement approfondis (compétences, posture managériale, leadership etc.).\n  Analyser et exploiter les résultats des tests techniques.\n Rédiger des comptes rendus d’entretien clairs (via l’ATS), structurés et facilitant la prise de décision.\n Assurer le suivi des candidats jusqu’à l’embauche, et
