    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Wage:&nbsp;</strong>$20.00 to $23.00</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General Description of the Position:</strong></p><p>Assists and is responsible for regular maintenance and repair on all equipment in all facilities operated by the BHW. &nbsp;Investigates mechanical breakdowns and failures of machinery to determine cause and prevent recurrence by preventative maintenance. &nbsp;Keeps abreast of modern techniques of maintenance and repair and uses cost effective measures on all duties. &nbsp;Attends all meetings of the maintenance department.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>High school diploma or its equivalent preferred. &nbsp;Background in maintenance and repair. &nbsp;Must have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, and carpentry skills. &nbsp;Must be able to cope with emergencies and handle a variety of duties, subject to change daily.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Maintenance and preventative maintenance of assigned buildings.</li><li>Repairs of emergency breakdowns in the shortest possible time.</li><li>Move individuals and staff.</li><li>Responsible for move out inspections of individuals&#39; apartments and repairs.</li><li>Assist in meeting the physical needs of individuals needing adaptive equipment or accessible homes or work areas.</li><li>Maintenance of devices and equipment used by people with disabilities.</li><li>Lawn care and snow removal.</li><li>Some janitorial duties.</li><li>Available to work overtime.</li><li>On-call as assigned for after hours emergencies or alarms.</li><li>Responsible for upkeep of assigned maintenance vehicle.</li><li>Responsible for all assigned tools and keys.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><em style='box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: acumin-pro, helvetica, tahoma, geneva, arial, \"apple color emoji\", \"segoe ui\", \"segoe ui emoji\", \"segoe ui symbol\", sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: center; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'>Black Hills Works Inc. is an equal opportunity employers and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></p></div></div></div>\n",
