We are seeking a <strong>Fleet Manager / Dispatcher</strong> to lead transportation, logistics, and delivery operations during both peak and off-season cycles.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient routing, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery to retail locations while managing drivers, equipment, and logistics systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Fleet Manager / Dispatcher oversees all transportation and logistics operations, coordinating deliveries across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and parts of New York (excluding NYC). This role manages fleet assets, drivers, routing, and dock operations while leveraging technology platforms to optimize performance and cost.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Transportation &amp; Logistics Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan, route, and manage delivery schedules across all service areas&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Optimize routes and load efficiency using systems such as <strong>Samsara</strong> or similar fleet tracking software&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate seasonal scaling, including rental equipment and third-party carriers&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Sales, Operations, and Replenishment teams to meet customer delivery expectations&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Fleet &amp; Asset Oversight</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage company transportation assets including trailers, trucks, shipping carts, and dock equipment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee yard operations, trailer staging, and cart flow&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate preventative maintenance and emergency roadside support&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Driver Management &amp;
