    "description": "<p>Kandou is looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter P/T, to support hiring across our sites. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and screening top tech talent, helping us build high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an exciting time to join our HR team and take a huge part in growing Kandou AI.</p>\n<p>Location is either Lausanne or Reading.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and attract candidates for technical roles (e.g., SW/HW engineers, analog engineers, etc)</li>\n<li>Review CVs and portfolios to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit</li>\n<li>Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest</li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations</li>\n<li>Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li>\n<li>Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs</li>\n<li>Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles</li>\n<li>Stay informed on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech sector</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., front-end, back-end, analog)</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools</li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in recruiting for engineering roles<br></li>\n<li>Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques</li>\n<li>Experience working in a scale-up</li>\n<li>CIPD qualification of equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>For more information, please email <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[email protected]</a></p>\n<p>Visit our website: Kandou.ai</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
