The Field Operations Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of field operations by providing essential technical support, quality control, and administrative assistance. Job Description: Provide technical support to field representatives via phone, email, and remote access. Conduct thorough checkout procedures to verify completion of field tasks and identify potential issues. Capture and review video recordings of fieldwork to ensure quality standards are met. Escalate complex technical or procedural issues to level 2 support for resolution. Assist field representatives with system access, troubleshooting, and locating job instructions. Audit survey photos to assess job completion accuracy and escalate discrepancies. Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
