    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Weekend Lead Position</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree required.</li>\n <li>5 years of clinical experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and management experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing with individuals and groups at various levels and various disciplines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>·         Coordinate psychiatric weekend rounder unit assignments, incorporating clinical acuity, patient census, and rounding logistics.</p>\n<p>·         Orient and train new weekend rounding providers on clinical and documentation expectations, workflows, and quality standards.</p>\n<p>·         Proactively manage coverage challenges.</p>\n<p>·         Collaborate with the CMO team to ensure weekend providers meet service expectations based on clinical needs and contractual requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities if delegated by the CMO team: </strong></p>\n<li>Ensure the clinical competence of the Associate Providers to meet current standards of care.</li>\n<li>In collaboration with Section Chief/Medical Director manage professional and patient care issues with individual Associate Providers.</li>\n<li>Lead Associate Provider group in collaborative practice with Section Chief/Medical Director, Attending physicians and all other members of the inter-professional care team.</li>\n<li>Ensure licensing, certification, credentials and privileges are maintained and meet current standard of practice.</li>\n<li>Develop and support clinical, research, quality improvement and educational activities within the Associate Provider group and mentor individuals in the achievement of their professional goals.</li>\n<li>Facilitate the identification, measurement and evaluation of Associate Provider outcomes. Actively support the mission, vision and initiatives of the department and D-H.</li>\n<li>Ensure Associate Provider compliance with organizational policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Participate in Section/Department meetings and other leadership meetings related to the role of Associate Providers.</li>\n<li>Work directly with Section Chief/Medical Director, Department Administrative Director and Practice Manager in planning and reviewing budget related to Associate Providers. Includes, but not limited to, review of billing practices, salaries, operating expenses and productivity.</li>\n<li>Monitor and modify staffing patterns to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.</li>\n<li>In collaboration with Section Chief/Medical Director, assume accountability for staffing justification, performance evaluations, hiring and termination of Associate Providers.</li>\n<li>In collaboration with Section Chief/Medical Director participate in the recruitment of new Associate Provider staff by establishing search committees, facilitate the screening/hiring of applicants, and assist in the development of the Associate Provider orientation/mentoring program.</li>\n<li>Coordinate student Associate Provider experiences.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required or assigned.</li>",
