          "text": "<p><strong>General Description:</strong>&#xa0;The Reliability Test Engineer position is responsible for executing reliability testing, operating lab equipment and thermal chambers, documenting results, and reporting test progress and findings across product development.</p><p>- Starting compensation is based on experience.<br>\n- No H1 Sponsorship.<br>\n- Must Already be in Mountain View, CA or willing to relocate at own cost</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute established reliability test procedures, including environmental, mechanical, and certification testing</li><li>Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing</li><li>Document test setups and results with clear photographic evidence</li><li>Collect, analyze, and report results using spreadsheets, charts, and presentation slides</li><li>Track and communicate testing progress in a timely manner</li><li>Support multiple tests and products across the development lifecycle</li><li>Ensure safe operation of all test setups and proper use of trained lab equipment</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on lab technician experience working with electro-mechanical test equipment, including environmental chambers, vibration and shock testers, oscilloscopes, microscopes, Instron systems, strain gauges, accelerometers, and similar equipment.</li><li>3+ years of experience operating vibration tables and developing or adjusting vibration profiles.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Strong documentation and communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute tests strictly in accordance with established procedures and protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Equipment Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Power tools used to mount fixtures and products to test fixtures.</li><li>Temperature/Humidity (TH) and Thermal Cycling (TC) chambers.</li><li>Electrodynamic shakers (vibration tables).</li><li>Corrosion chambers (TH chambers with corrosion gas systems).</li><li>Drill press equipment.</li></ul>",
